Practical information for your stay
Welcome to our guest house in Chaumes-en-Brie , in the heart of the Brie region (Seine-et-Marne). To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, here is all the useful information you need to know:
🥐 Breakfasts
A homemade breakfast is included in your stay (only for guest rooms) and served in the dining room or, weather permitting, under the porch in the garden.
- Monday to Friday : 7am to 9:30am
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays : from 9am to 10am
Savory breakfast options (reservation required):
- Scrambled eggs, bacon and toast : €5.50
- Freshly squeezed orange juice : €2.50
- Complete meal (eggs + orange juice) : €6.50
👉Please reserve savory options the day before by 7:30 pm (see "Breakfast" tab).
🕙 Departure times
- From Monday to Friday : departure no later than 10am
- Saturdays and Sundays : departures until 11am
🕑 Late departure option on Sundays (until 2pm): €30 – upon prior request

🌡️ Heating and air conditioning
The entire house is equipped with central heating . Some rooms (DUO, DUPLEX, GARDEN) also have reversible air conditioning that can be adjusted via the white remote control (near the TV).
👉Please do not change the mode (cold/hot), only the temperature or the ventilation.
🔄 Things to know during your stay
- Please turn off the lights after use (only the outdoor light is on a timer).
- Upon your departure:
- Place the used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
- Leave the windows open to ventilate
- Turn off the heating and air conditioning
🚭 No smoking or vaping in the bedrooms and on the terrace in front of the veranda.
🚬 Smoking area : under the porch in the garden
🔑 Your room key also opens the main entrance door . Please remember to lock it securely after each use.
🔇 Respect for peace and quiet : please limit noise in the corridors and in the garden, for the comfort of all our guests.
